Donna keep shining your light you are amazing with what you've accomplished in life by example, we all walk in his faith each day! As I say...no one can dim your light. As one of my spiritual guides says each day in her affirmations I listen to (Louise Hay) ... no person place or thing has any power over you.
We must forgive our spiritual sisters and brothers on lifes path, as they may not have the skill sets or spiritual tools that we have been blessed to have. When people act out or speak out personally or professionally, sometimes there is a turbulence in their world, we just don't know everything about everyone.
Siobhan is an inspiring, strength driven spiritual stoked sister as you are. I had the pleasure of speaking with her over the weekend, as I'll be soon sharing more with the BWC, about my fun and clever book I wrote on cost savings and inspiration.
Keep on keepin' on -- your light shining, will keep your lights on in your bakery each day and the goodies in the bakery of life you present to people each day!
God is good today, he has your back, your heart and your hand, he will walk you through it all in grace! And remember...hair comes and goes, money comes and goes and weight comes and goes...as I said to Siobhan "don't give up 5 minutes before the miracle". Congratulations that you are back on track! Blessings always, Christine Redlin Author of Life On A Shoestring...In Beverly Hills

Thank you Kathy! I was just left feeling that there was no hope for my situation, eventhough I believe there is and with hard work...even harder than I am putting out now and strength to endure the obstacles and those who don't believe I can, I can achieve much!

Dear Donna, As professionals and as advisors we have to be compassionate and look for what our listener or interviewer is asking. Is this information and guidance that they need and will it be helpful? Enough said. My very best, Kathy Infeld www.kathyinfeld.com

Live Well, Observer. You need to be observant in order to live well, & don't go through life without goals, and when you are close to the goal someone might try to stop you from reaching it... don't let them... you may have to try to get by them a few times before you get your goal. On the other hand as the Mom of a goalie... where the goal is to not let the puck see that net. And even though there may be many shots fired his way, utlimate victory is the shut out. You need to be very observant and focused to stop the pucks. Then with the shut out the goalie lives well.

Dear Suzanne,

I feel you should be honest and truthful with your feelings when he comes. If you are angry, let him know that you are. If you feel like crying, then do that as well. As long as you hold your feelings in you are still giving him POWER!

It sounds as if you are becoming stronger, but don't be fooled. Anger is NOT POWER. Being able to communicate effectively and harnessing it when it is time, THAT IS POWER! When all is said and done, you will be happier with yourself, and you can move on even more on your journey, "From BROKE to STOKED...and BEYOND!"

One day at a time Sister.... Take care of you.
